This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Flowgence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for md2pdf Pro subscriptions. We are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent refund practices.

By subscribing to md2pdf Pro, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

md2pdf offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: No payment required, no refund applicable
  • Pro Monthly: ₩9,900 per month, billed monthly
  • Pro Annual: ₩99,000 per year, billed annually (equivalent to ₩8,250/month)
  • Pro + AI Monthly: ₩14,900 per month, billed monthly (includes 500 AI operations/month)
  • Pro + AI Annual: ₩149,000 per year, billed annually (equivalent to ₩12,416/month)

All subscription fees are processed through TossPayments and are subject to this Refund Policy.

2A. AI Feature Usage

2A.1 AI Operations: Pro + AI plans include 500 AI operations per month. Unused AI operations do not roll over to the next billing period.

2A.2 No Refund for AI Usage: AI operations that have been consumed are non-refundable. When requesting a refund for a Pro + AI plan, the refund amount may be prorated based on AI usage.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

3.1 Eligibility: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers (both Monthly and Annual plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

3.2 Conditions: To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time Pro subscriber (new to md2pdf Pro)
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment date
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

4. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard at md2pdf.io/dashboard/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until that date.

4.2 No Refund on Cancellation: Canceling your subscription does NOT automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until the period ends, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Refund Request Process: To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at contact@flowgence.ai with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, order ID (from payment confirmation), and reason for refund request
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive an email notification with our decision (approved or denied)
  5. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
